12th October 2008 Windsurfing: Portland Wind Direction: s Wind Stength: 1-2 Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: 17.5 Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny & Hazy Max Speed: Distance Covered: A lightwind freestyle morning. Jo, Mike and myself went out for a couple of hours. Denise sat, happily in the sunshine. Incredible weather - sunwise. Glad I got a decent day on Friday. Managed a few upwind 360s without dropping it, in both directions. Did lots of helis & rig ducks. All on the 97f/s Skate 08. I'd only got the winter-suit. I overheated. Yesterday we had a lovely day down at Portland Bill. Also explored Overcome. |
